Graze & Harvest isn’t your average bakery or café.
We’re a small team, baking big, just a few days a week in the heart of the Hudson Valley.

Set within Hemlock Hill Farm, our farm-to-truck outdoor café runs May through November—tucked into the garden and rooted in what’s growing, grazing, and in season right now. We offer bespoke menus that change with our whims.

What You’re Coming For

Brunch on the farm. Small-batch bakes. A rotating menu. Ingredients that don’t travel far.

What’s available changes often—by design. It keeps everything honest, fresh, and worth coming back for.

The Experience

The truck lives in the garden, where you’ll find picnic tables and umbrellas—but we always encourage bringing a blanket and put your feet in the grass.

This is a working farm, so access is intentional:

• Have brunch in the garden

• Shop the on-farm market for pasture-raised meats and local goods

• Join a guided tour if you want to see more

• Depending on what pasture the animals are on, they will sometimes be around to look at.
