from our local farmers. All meat that we serve comes directly from the farm we are seasonally located on,
Hemlock Hill Farm. Produce and fruits are only used in their peak season, either hand-picked or directly from farmers. All menus are based on seasonality of ingredients and are subject to change with produce availability.
