The kitchen was always home to me. Always a place I could come back to.
Filled with something new every time. It was a place of fun, learning, adventure, experimentation, excitement, chaos, calmness, retreat, and growth...just to name a few. A place I could express myself. And a place where I could contribute doing something I was good at.
I love making people feel good when they eat my food. Nothing in the world fills my soul with joy like having people light up when they eat my food. I mean, for me that it.
I made it my mission to seek out quality, nourishing food that supported my well-being. I refused to settle for anything less. It became evident that true nourishment was found in the simplicity of local, seasonal ingredients bursting with nutrients, color, and flavor.
