As farm-to-truck outdoor cafe, we are rooted in real food and real ingredients. We source directly
from our local farmers. All meat that we serve comes directly from the farm we are seasonally located on,
Hemlock Hill Farm. Produce and fruits are only used in their peak season, either hand-picked or directly from farmers. All menus are based on seasonality of ingredients and are subject to change with produce availability.

Enjoy live music on the main stage by Northwest Passage, savor bites from a farm-to-table food truck, a wood-fired pizza truck, and mini pancakes loaded with sweet toppings, and meet adorable adoptable dogs from Happy Life Animal Rescue!
🍎 This festival takes place during Cider Week New York - the largest statewide week-long celebration of hard cider in the U.S., highlighting New York as a leading cider-producing region. It’s the perfect excuse to spend the day sipping something local!
Our Treasury Cider Bar will be pouring crisp glasses of our estate-made cider, along with a featured cocktail: the Parker Posey. It’s crafted with Treasury Cider Pommeau and Anther, Fishkill Farms’ elderflower lemongrass and lavender tincture, Black Dirt Distilling applejack and lime.
